As global mobility expands and visa procedures become increasingly complex, the demand for reliable and transparent consultancy services is rising rapidly. One of the fastest-growing firms in this field is TEKOGATE, operating across the Balkans, Türkiye, and the Middle East.
Leading the company’s visa operations is Murat Göğüz, an experienced specialist in international visa systems.
We spoke with him at TEKOGATE’s Sarajevo office about the evolving landscape of global travel, the challenges in visa processing, and the company’s growing influence.
Q1:
You manage TEKOGATE’s visa operations at a time of major global change. How do you describe your role?
Murat Göğüz:
The world is moving faster than ever—people travel for work, education, health, sports, migration, and tourism. Naturally, visa systems have become more complicated.
My role is to simplify this complexity.
At TEKOGATE, every application follows a structured file management process:
risk analysis, financial review, travel planning, employer verification, and document completeness.
I ensure that this system runs accurately and consistently across all regions.
Q2:
What is the key factor behind TEKOGATE’s rapid growth?
Murat Göğüz:
Unlike many agencies, we are not just a place that “fills out forms.”
Our strength is our method.
We prepare each case as if it were being reviewed directly by a consular officer.
-
We build a personalized strategy for every applicant.
-
We follow consular standards with precision.
-
Each client receives a structured, well-organized file.
-
We maintain full transparency and provide realistic expectations.
Professionalism builds trust—and trust naturally brings growth.
Q3:
Where do most of your applications come from?
Murat Göğüz:
We receive strong demand from three regions: the Balkans, Türkiye, and the Middle East.
The most requested visa categories include:
-
U.S. B1/B2
-
Schengen short-stay visas
-
UK visitor and student visas
-
Canadian tourist and student visas
-
Work and business visas for the Gulf countries
Student visa requests have increased significantly in the last two years.
Q4:
Visa refusals are a common concern. What are the main reasons behind them?
Murat Göğüz:
Most refusals occur not because the applicant is unsuitable, but because the file is poorly prepared.
Some of the common reasons include:
-
Income and expense inconsistencies
-
Weak or unclear purpose of travel
-
Incorrectly completed application forms
-
Missing financial documentation
-
Suspicious bank activity
We identify and correct these issues before submission.
Many clients come to us after receiving a refusal elsewhere.
We restructure the case, rebuild the file, and guide them correctly.
Q5:
TEKOGATE is expanding internationally. What are your upcoming plans?
Murat Göğüz:
We already operate actively in Pakistan and Türkiye.
By 2026, we plan to establish additional centers in:
-
Kosovo
-
Dubai
-
Qatar
Our goal is to build an international brand that people can trust during one of the most sensitive and critical bureaucratic processes.
Q6:
What advice would you give to people preparing to apply for a visa?
Murat Göğüz:
-
Be transparent. Consulates detect inconsistencies immediately.
-
Prepare documents early—avoid last-minute stress.
-
Don’t rely on “my friend did this” advice; every case is different.
-
Understand that each country has its own logic and priorities.
-
Professional guidance significantly reduces risk.
Q7:
How do you see the future of TEKOGATE?
Murat Göğüz:
We work in a field where we directly impact people’s dreams.
A student’s education journey, a family trip, a business investment—everything is connected to international movement.
I believe TEKOGATE will continue to grow with stronger digital systems, more offices, and a fully standardized global structure.
